Return / Cooling period

You have a cooling off period of 14 days without giving a reason to return the product, starting on the day of delivery. The product can only be unused and if possible be returned in original packaging.

Would you return a part or the entire order?
Already received items you must then (undamaged) to send back to the return address below. Shop for Art will refund the entire purchase price to you. The shipping costs to return, however, for their own account.

“Note: Order one or more Digital products! Please pay attention to the following: After payment of the order, you can view a digital product immediately. By clicking on "Checkout" you cancel your right of withdrawal and you agree to immediate delivery. You can therefore NOT exchange or cancel a digital product.

All cancellations, returns and exchanges must be communicated in advance in writing to Shop for Art. You must provide your full name, account number and invoice number, an address is required. You can either use our model form at the bottom of our terms and conditions set out in Annex 1.

Customers from Europe should also mention the IBAN and BIC / Swift number of their own bank.

Any amount paid up within 14 days will be refunded.

COMPLAINTS

We hope that you have shopped with satisfaction to us, of course it is possible that a complaint has arisen.

After we have received your complaint with a clear description of your complaint and your contact details, you will receive a confirmation that we have received your complaint. We strive within 14 days from the date of receipt, send a reply. If the handling of the complaint require a longer processing time, you will receive a message with an indication of when the complaint. When a complaint about your order or delivery, please mention also your invoice and order number.

If a complaint can not be resolved by mutual agreement creates a dispute that is subject to dispute.
