As of September 21, 2024, a new law will come into effect in Belgium that requires all sellers who send goods to Belgium to offer at least two different delivery options. However, our products are classified as valuable goods, making them an exception to this legislation.
Limited delivery options for your safety
To ensure that your package remains insured during transport, we currently only offer one specific delivery option. This is because your package cannot be delivered insured to a drop-off point.
Alternative delivery address
Can't receive your package yourself? No problem! You can easily enter the address of a neighbor, family member or someone else. To do this, enter that person's address in the "Delivery address" field. Then uncheck the box for "Billing address: same as delivery address" so that you can enter your own address as the billing address. This way we ensure that your package is delivered safely to an address that is convenient for you.

We also ship packages internationally within Europe, the delivery time does not apply.
We do not ship to countries outside Europe.
Control:
Always check your parcel immediately and content receipt and report in case of damage as soon as possible this to us.

For returns, you can find here our address. Send state your order / invoice with your package.
Shipping
We strive to ship your order within 48 hours. You will receive a notification once your package has been dispatched. The estimated delivery time for a product is indicative.

Eco-Friendly Packaging
To help protect the environment, we sometimes reuse boxes and packaging materials. However, we only do this if the packaging is still in good condition and your products can be shipped safely. Where possible, we use paper as filling material.
Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time for your product is indicated on the product page, where you can also add the item to your cart. In most cases, delivery takes 2 to 3 business days (for the Netherlands and Belgium). Gift vouchers are sent digitally immediately after payment.
If a product is not in stock, we will order it for you. If the product cannot be delivered within a few days, it will be placed on backorder and shipped as soon as it becomes available.
Please note: For orders outside the Netherlands and Belgium, such as to other European countries, or during holidays in your country or ours, delivery times may be longer. The exact delivery time depends on the destination country and the selected shipping method.
