Shipping /delivery time

 Save your shipping costs, when you spend € 100 the shipping is free or for half price
(depending on which country you live)


  • Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 99% will be delivered the next day in the Netherlands and Belgium. For orders placed before 16:00 (weekdays)
  • Saturday, Sunday: Delivery will take place on Tuesday.

To conserve the environment we sometimes reusing boxes and packing materials, but only if the package is valid.

Fast delivery:
The delivery time is indicated on the product page where you can also do the product in the basket.
In most cases it is a delivery time of 1 or 2 days.

  • If an ordered product turns out not to be in stock we order the product for you and if it can not be sent the next day we will send the product free of charge after.
  • The transmission rate is automatically calculated for you when ordering please specify the method parcel or letter (if possible) itself.


A minimum amount for letter mail has been set in both the Netherlands and abroad. This covers all costs even with very small purchases. 


This post is not trackable and at your own risk. It occurs at most once or twice a year for the letter really is looking for. Once posted the package can not followd, not by us nor by PostNL.
For valuable items we recommend to send with parcel.

Letterbox package:
This is a new version of the letter, this provides proof of delivery.
The transmission is at your own risk. From 1 January 2017, the package also fully traceable to the door.

You will receive a confirmation of sending your package. The parcel is trackable via Track and Trace also to Europe.
It may be that the code does not work through the PostNL website, you can then make use of the track and trace tracking of your own country. You can always send us messages about the status of your package if they are not traceable.

Always check your parcel immediately and content receipt and report in case of damage as soon as possible this to us.

We ship packages internationally, the shipping time is not applicable.
