Cabochon is the name for a grinding technique for grinding precious and semi-precious stones, the stone has a convex top and a flat back. This makes the stone great to put in a piece of jewelry. The setting can be done. with a bezzel cup or with stone setting tape .

Always place natural stones afterwards, or you must be sure that heat will not hurt.
