Customer feedback is important to us because it gives a picture of how our shop functions. We use a module FeedbackCompagny. Some time after purchase in our shop you will give an email requesting feedback. This feedback is visible to everyone allowing customers to see addressed or shop is reliable.

The FeedbackCompagny check manually the reviews, We have no effect on a review and we can not customize or remove it. This gives a fair picture for you as consumer.

We need your feedback to let others consumers know how was your experience in our shop.
It is also possible to specify for improvement, they are visible only to us. This we know if something needs to be adjusted.
