This closure is for easy on and off a necklace. One side is soldered closed and the other side is open. Both eyes are soldered shut. Make the loose eye on one side of the chain and the other eye on the other side. You hook the eye to the open hook to close the chain.
Fasten them with split rings or by soldering them to the chain. Also suitable for 1-2mm thick cord, etc.
