Thompson Blu-Stic adhesive is a strong adhesive for enamelling. This powerful adhesive provides unparalleled adhesion for attaching cloison threads to both vertical and curved surfaces. Its bonding effect is so impressive that even heating it upside down is no challenge.
Using it is simple: Make sure you pre-treat your workpiece with a layer of flux which is baked off, then dip your cloison wire into the Blu-Stic adhesive and place it on the layer of enamel flux, dipping your tweezers between applications in distilled water.
Let it dry thoroughly before baking so that the cloison wire integrates perfectly with the enamel flux.
Bake your piece and now finish with enamels.

Important note: Black or blue specks may appear in the liquid, which are small droplets of the color used according to Thompson Enamel. Don't panic - simply stir the liquid and these droplets should disappear, giving your enamelware a smooth and even finish.
