The fibreboard serves as a substrate for your jewelery when you place it in the oven.
Note: when firing on the gas stove, this surface can NOT be used.
ATTENTION: Before the first use, first heat the plate once in the kiln without ornament, so that the binder disappears. This allows a strong smell to come out of your kiln and the plate will turn black and then turn white again, after which you can let the plate cool down and use it.
