Note: when heating on the gas cooker, this surface can NOT be used.
ATTENTION: Before the first use, first heat the plate once in the oven without ornament, so that the binder disappears. This allows a strong smell to come out of your oven and the plate will turn black and then turn white again, after which you can let the plate cool down and use it.
