Prometheus Copper Clay seringe clay 10g

  • Description

Prometheus Copper Clay seringe 10g.

Bake in charcoal for 30 minutes at 920 ° C or 90 minutes at 850 ° C or 10 minutes with a solder burner.

Prometheus® Copper Clay is a claylike material which turns into pure, solid bronze when fired in a kiln. It is a mixture of micron sized bronze powder, water and organic binder.

The Copper clay comes in a syringe with 3 separate tips for different thicknesses. The seringe can be used to make hollow beads using a base of wood clay. But it's also nice to have ready-to-use "glue" when sticking dried clay parts together and for repairs.

Prometheus® Copper Clay can be fired with most lab-created gemstones (cubic zirconias), pre-tested natural stones, glass beads, ceramic and porcelain.

When the clay is fired in a kiln, the organic binder evaporates and burns away and you’re left with pure, solid bronze. Brush it, if needed pickle it to remove any firescale and finally polish. You can create unique jewelery, ornaments, hollow ware, statutes, sculptures and many other decorative objects.

Any thing you create with Prometheus®  Copper Clay is a piece of art. Combine it with your imagination and let your fingers do the rest!

Firing at 920°C for 30 minutes or at lower temperature (850°c) for 90 minutes, or at least 10 minutes with a big torch.

Use activated carbon as described in the user guide for no fire scale.

Can be combined with other types of Prometheus bronze.
